Hi All, I am trying to onboard a coworker into out GD cloud instance but they're getting the same unknown error page after logging in. What is the best way to add new users to our work space?

Hi Christopher, Allow me to explain. Since you have a professional-tier account, you are currently in a transition period where you are still using our Auth0 for authentication. However, moving forward, we expect you to implement your own OIDC so that you can manage users on your end. During this transition period, until you implement your own authentication, any user additions will need to be handled by our team. So what happened is that when you added your coworker's user, it was only created in your GoodData environment, but not in our OIDC (Auth0).
