Hi Jacobs, please note that the behaviour is as such by design.
As part of the migration to the paid tied, your environment was pre-set in a way for you to be able to start using your own OIDC. You can switch from our OIDC to your own by following
these steps.
Due to this planned transition, the invitation functionality is not available anymore, as it was linked to our OIDC. You can add new users once you switch to your own OIDC as described here:

Please note that when filling in the user’s name, email (optional) there is also their sub claim / `Auth ID`(as part of the step 3) that needs to be filled in. Because at the moment you don't know it (as it is coming from our Auth0), it is very likely on purpose left blank when creating users via the UI. However, as a result, the "invite" and/or password reset email(s) are not being sent.
If you need any users added to help with implementing your OIDC, please let us know, and we will gladly assist.
In case you won't be using your own OIDC, please feel free to DM me the users that you need to add and we'll be glad to assist further, although ideally, the invitation functionality should depend on your own OIDC provider setup.
