Hello, I tried using the AI Assistant and got this message after my first attempt? Thanks!

Hi Emilie, thank you for reaching out to us. First of all, would you be so kind to share the workspace ID with us? (feel free to use DM), additionally, could you please try on another workspace?

Hi Emilie, Thank you very much for your patience. After further investigation, we've identified the issue. The message you are receiving is due to your organization or domain is reaching the limit of OpenAI token used in GoodData. This is not a problem on GoodData's side. You can review the limits at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits, but please note that the limits depend on your tier. Please let us know if you have any updates.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. To prepare this further can you provide us with some information on pricing on your side?
i
Hope it is fine to step in here. @Emilie Abia , it can be actually some quota set on your user or workspace within GoodData. More details can be found in our documentation.

Hey, sure! I will try to fix it on Open AI side and if it still does not work I will investigate further. Thanks! (@Sheetal Popat)

Hello @Ivana Gasparekova @Mauricio Cabezas, I edited the quota by following the command in the documentation. It was successfully updated but the problem - "LLM user quota exceeded.Contact Support" still persits. Do you have any suggestions that I can try ? Thanks for your help!
m
Hi Sheetal, thank you for your update. I would like to clarify why you are still encountering the error. But first, it's important to understand the difference on different kind of limits. According to the documentation shared by my colleague, our platform has a default limit: each user may submit up to 30 interactions within any rolling 24-hour period in a given workspace. However, there is another limit that is not dependent on GoodData, which pertains to the OpenAI token you are using. As I mentioned earlier, we have examined the source code, and the error is triggered when the limit on the OpenAI token is reached. I have impersonated into your organization as an Admin, checked the workspace, and I am experiencing the same message.

Ok we will check on Open AI side. Thanks!

Also, I would like to reply here about the discussion on Embedding the AI assistant using Iframe started on this thread => Hi Emilie, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration caused by integrating the AI Assistant into your iFrame environment. We understand how important this feature is for you. I would like to clarify that the solution my colleague proposed is technically possible. However, embedding individual React components within an iFrame can be challenging due to the interplay of different technologies. As mentioned, it involves "overlaying the button on top of the iFrame.” When we indicated that this feature is "not currently part of our roadmap" for a "_*purely*_ embedded iFrame environment," we meant to convey that a seamless, out-of-the-box solution for integrating the AI Assistant directly within an iFrame—without additional custom React SDK work—is not yet planned as a standard offering. Because of the above, we recognize this as valuable product feedback. We will submit a Product Feedback request on your behalf, emphasizing your specific use case and the need for the AI Assistant to be seamlessly available in purely iFrame-embedded environments. We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve our offerings and communication.

Much appreciated! Thanks
