Hello! I am currently unable to login to my company’s GoodData workspace. I believe my colleague @Christian Ramos had the same issue as I am, and it was resolved by adding the corresponding Auth0 id in the user information - it is likely empty currently. A GoodData team member was able to help him resolve it, hoping to get mine resolved as well! Thanks

Hi Adnan, I believe this is a different situation now. Allow me to explain. Since you have a professional-tier account, you are currently in a transition period where you are still using our Auth0 for authentication. However, moving forward, we expect you to implement your own OIDC so that you can manage users on your end. During this transition period, until you implement your own authentication, any user additions will need to be handled by our team. So when Christian added your user, it was only created in your environment, but not in our Auth0.
I will pass the request to L2 Technical team so they can provision you properly into your analytics. One of the team members will contact you as soon as possible.
