Hi, can someone please help me figure out this issue? LDM page is not updating the data source (persisting since yesterday), therefore I can't refresh it and add the needed field to the LDM. I went to Data Sources to test the connection and it's successful, so I'm not sure what's causing this. If anyone has pointers, I'd appreciate the help.

Hi Jad, can you please check that your user has all the necessary rights to access it as specified here? If the above doesn’t help, can you please provide us with the related TraceID from Dev console?

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you - Can you please tell me if you replicate the issue once again, with your Dev tools open in your browser - Can you please check the console tab & network tab and check if you see any error there? (they will be highlighted in red) If not, please let me know and I will need to discuss this issue further internally with my team and get back to you asap.

Could you please review though logs there (highlighted in red), and scroll down and see if you see any errors (In both the network tab & console log) and review the errors mentioned there, as well as the TraceID’s and provide us with this information

Hi Jad, Hard to tell solely from this information. A 504 error usually means the request to the data source is taking too long to respond. Could you check if the Snowflake warehouse was available and responsive at the time? Also, do you know roughly how many tables or schemas are visible to GoodData? Large metadata loads might cause timeouts like this. Have there been any recent changes — like adding new tables or switching schemas? If you’re using a self-hosted GD.CN, we have o visibility of the logs as everything happens on your server. You will need to check logs on your end.
