Hi Team, I need some assistance with an error I am running into when trying to create an AWS redshift Data-source. The error reads " Connection failed. Cannot reach the URL". Trace id

. This might be due to the "Publicly Accessible" setting being turned off in Redshift, which could be preventing URL resolution since I have already whitelisted the IP's mentioned here. Would we have to go for a Private Link based solution if yes I would love some clarity on that. Also what exact IP's would I need to whitelist in my Redshift security group since the IP's mentioned in the docs here are for Trial accounts.

Hello Aryan, your org is housed in IAD, so you would use the corresponding ip range based on the referenced doc. As for using PrivateLink, the availability of this feature depends on your plan. From our records, we can see that you have a Professional account with us and therefore, you will be subject to a fee.
