Hi Emilie, we will add these users soon. Would you mind adding the First and Last names for each of these users as well? If not, they would be added only with the emails and would require manually changing it later. If that’s OK by you, we can proceed without the names. Let me know!

Thanks for this remark! Matthieu Brasseur (mbr) and Maxence Salomon (msa). Could you also make sure only the necessary users are in the list? It feels like we have, on all 3 environments, unused users.

Hi Emilie, I’ve added the users on all environments. Actually, in your prod environment,

msa

already existed. I made sure the credentials were correct there, and added them on the other 2 with no issues. Please check and let me know if it looks good! 🙂
