We [Kenko] are having issues with adding users into our gooddata platform. Whethere they are new or even old users, the invite email or the forgot password email is not being sent to them.

We need to add some users urgently and I want to send this user [
sameer@bookeeapp.com] a reset password link.
Let me know what additional info is required? We have recently moved from a trial account to a paid account.
