Hi Bhupesh, could you please specify what you mean by global tracker? Is this related to logs or user activity?

Hi @Moises Morales Thanks for your reply. We are using Dynatrace for our applications, sometimes we get "ClassCastException" due to which our gooddata get down. when we raised this to Dynatrace, they are asking if gooddata is using additional "global tracer".

Logging is completely up to you. Our Cloud Native application works as any other application and you can use standard guides to push the logs to CloudWatch. For instance: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/Container-Insights-EKS-logs.html https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/cloudwatch-stream-container-logs-eks There would be also possibility to use CloudWatch Agent on EKS.

@Moises Morales Can you tell me if there is any logging tool you are using for gooddata-cn? might be that help us to investigate the issue further.

We do not have something like that as the app runs on your own server. It is not possible for us to pull any logs. But if I am missing any context, feel free to elaborate
