Hello Anjali, Although we don't have a specific log to check that change directly, there are resources that can help you find the information. There is a GoodSuccess Workspace, which records internal analytics of your own org. In some more critical cases, GoodData support can help search their logs for an action provided a narrow timestamp to search and details of the changes that had occurred.
