03/19/2025, 12:10 AMIn a child workspace, how can the user download all the data, ie., not just aggregations from the visualization but every row & column used to generate it (that they have access to thru any WDF filters)? The only downloads I've found so far just give the sum totals as computed for the chart. thanks

03/19/2025, 12:43 AMHi Kurt, from the dashboard the user can click the option to “Explore from here”. From there it will open Analytical Designer and the user can export the full report from there.

When I hover over the visualization, I get that menu but without the Explore From Here option, even for users granted Analyze permissions on the dashboard and Usage permission on the data source (see screenshot below). (The Export CSV option only outputs totals).

03/19/2025, 4:47 PMAlso, I'm curious if workspace permissions can be edited or if they have to be removed and re-created. I can't seem to get back to this dialog box to change permissions after they've been granted. The only option I can find is to change between "View" and "View & Share" (but it's puzzling the latter option is not available in the original dialog).
