Hello GoodData team, I am wondering if I hit a limit on the number of support requests? I tried to submit a new ticket after filling in the contents which navigates me to the requests page, but my submitted ticket doesn’t get shown in the list.

Hello Boyd, we don't not have a limit on tickets you can submit. Can you please confirm where exactly you are trying to submit your request?
Hi Boyd, I've just impersonated your user and submitted a test ticket without issue. Could you please try and clear your browser cache and history. Maybe resetting the browser as well?

Ahh I think the problem is that I was missing one of the fields required “What can we help you with today?”
It looks like my request shows fine when I fill out all the required fields.
