A separate question regarding hierarchy. Given that i have a number of business units and they are connected through a flow like the picture, some numbers are tagged to the higher level, while some to lower, but the numbers dont flow down from top. Can I know what is the best UI to use and what data format is needed to show this info?

Hi Minako, I’m sorry but I’m not sure if I understand the question here. Could you please elaborate a bit further what you are trying to achieve? Are we talking about the workspaces or how to analyze some specific data?

Based on your question, it seems like you’re looking for guidance on some basic modeling and the best UI to represent hierarchical business unit relationships. While our support team primarily handles break-fix issues, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction. For best practices in modeling hierarchical data and workspace design, I would strongly recommend checking out GoodData University, where you’ll find detailed courses and documentation on data modeling, visualizations, and analytics best practices. You can explore it here: https://university.gooddata.com/
If you need assistance with implementation, we also offer a paid service through our Services Team, who can handle the implementation for you. In case you would wish to go that way, please contact your account owner Greta Jakubovskaja.
