Hi Team, I am currently experiencing issues accessing the GoodData platform. The website is not loading properly on my system, and I am encountering error messages (please see the attached screenshots for reference). Could someone please assist or let me know if there is an ongoing outage? Thank you!

Hi Vivek, could you please confirm which org this is happening under, and the user ID you are using? I've just checked wizehive.cloud.gooddata.com, and I have no issues access this with the admin user.
Also, if you could check the console log for the error and related traceID, it would be helpful as well.

Hi Joseph, I am trying to access the workspaces in GoodData Cloud, but as soon as I log in, I encounter an “Unknown Error” message (screenshot attached). I also checked the console, and it appears there are multiple 404 errors indicating that the user is not registered. traceID: "da823d42301c85f964a3be31d10699ec" Could someone please look into this or let me know if there’s an ongoing issue? Thank you!

Hi Vivek, I've just impersonated your user on that org and I can confirm that I was able to access and view all workspaces. Therefore, I'd like to ask you to clear your cache and browser and make sure you are not logged in as any other user.

Hi Vivek, I'm sorry. I was under the impression this was the prod environment. I see you are actually trying to access the DEV environment, and that you have not been provisioned there yet. You will need to have your user provisioned in the org in order to access that domain.

Hi, I've just impersonated your account on that domain, and I was able to access it without issues. Could you try to clear the browser again. Or, maybe try another machine. If this doesn't help, could you try and find the traceID in the console. From our perspective the provisioning looks fine, and I cannot reproduce the error using the username.
