In my LDM I have a connection to snowflake and one dataset so far. I have just created a handful more tables/views in snowflake. I am running into an issue where I am not able to drag and drop the new tables from the left side into the LDM. I get a message "Failed to generate dataset(s)" for any of the new tables. I don't see any other information about what the problem is and I have experimented with a few things already. Could someone take a look and let me know what is the issue? Or has anyone else had this issue? I am able to manually create a dataset and map to the columns however, but that is not ideal if it is supposed to be able to automap.

Hi Jeremy, Do I understand correctly that same table from your Snowflake source data cannot be dragged & dropped but you can create and map the dataset manually? Could you please reproduce the error again with opened browser console and let us know what error do you see there? Also, if you retrieve the traceID from there, it would be much appreciated.

Yes, once I finish manually adding my fact table I'll try to drag another table in and get you that info.

Thank you. I was checking our logs and I have some further questions please: • Is this happening only to some specific tables from your source data or you are not able to drag & drop any of them? • Can you provide a screenshot (if there’s no sensitive data) of an example of affected table’s structure (column names, types, primary key)? • Are there any special characters, spaces, or reserved words in column names by any chance? • Can you confirm whether every table has a primary key?

I'll continue in a direct slack message.

Hello Jeremy, our engineers have introduced a fix for the issue. Could you please check if you are now able to create the LDM?
