Hi, I'm trying to log into my company's GoodData cloud using my company email, but I'm not able to. My colleague @Christian Ramos had the same issue. It was resolved by adding the corresponding
Auth0 id
in the user information, it is likely empty currently. A GoodData team member was able to help him resolve it

Hi @Julius Kos just following up on this issue. We never made any changes to the setting MANAGED_OIDC, but per your message last week, we'd like to request that GoodData add me as a user to our organization manually. Let us know if you need any additional information!

Hello @Henry Dodge, Francisco from the L2 Team here - I went ahead and added your user to your GoodData organization. You should be able to login with your email address now. The user was created but doesn’t have a password set yet, so you should first Reset the Password to create it, and then you’ll be able to login and access the org. Let me know if it works out!
