New Feature: External Email Recipients for Scheduled Exports and Alerts
We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to our Scheduling & Alerting capabilities! Starting today, you can now send alerts and scheduled exports to external email recipients, including addresses outside your organization. 🚀
What’s Changing?

External Recipients: You can now easily add any email address to the recipient field when configuring your automations.
•
Secure Sharing: To ensure data security and prevent potential breaches, this option must be enabled in the destination settings. We’ve made sure the setup process is easy to follow.

Dashboard URL Control: Based on feedback, we’ve added a flexible option to hide the dashboard URL in email templates when sending to external recipients. You can configure this option, making it ideal for embedded use cases.
