I'm getting this new error

Hey Doug, The error in our LOG is same, "message=Result not found in result cache". Are you aware of any recent changes tied to this particular KPI or to your Dashboard in general, please?

This is a new KPI card - first time it was added. Its working now but confused about why this would occur

I am glad to hear that it works now, but I agree that it is bit strange. I assume that it was just some temporary glitch, but please let us know in case the issue reappears.
