I apologize for the late reply, I did get that working at the time but now the dashboard does not have any working visualizations

what specifically you do, which API calls/endpoint you are using? and what specifically you are trying to set it up? Also the issue is happening ONLY in the workspace, which you are trying set it up by API calls? Hi Maria, me again, after Impersonation I notice few stuff which may be causing the Issue. But first I would like to point out this is the third time there is a problem with crashing dashboard, and in the previous two the issue was caused with the Postgres setup. Saying that, now the root of the issue may be the same. When I go the Data tab to see the LDM, and I press Edit, I can see the explicit message Connection failed, also in the right side there are five ERRORS about the Data Source (column, mapping). Then, checking in the data source Manchester City... I can see the setup of your Postgres connection, when I click in Test Connection, there is the connection failed message. I realised your SSL mode field has the value

, but if I change it to the value

(without saving it) there I can see the message Connection successful. If you check our Documentation about how to set the connection with Postgres, the reference image in the point (4) shows the
SSL Mode: Prefer
. I was testing the connection but I did not do any change. So please, could you try to change the SSL Mode to Prefer, save it and try/check if you are able to see the dashboard correctly? Please, check internally if somebody (DBA) or somehow there are making changes in the setup. Thank you in advance, I will be waiting your response.

Sorry to hear so. Could you be so kind and share with us the most recent TraceID/Error from the browser tools, please? We will also test it from our end and check if we are able to replicate the issue again.

Hi Maria, I am glad to hear that the issue was partially resolved after changing the connection settings. I went ahead and impersonated your organization as Admin again. During this process, I noticed that there is still an explicit warning in the top right corner of the screen while editing the LDM. The error clearly states that the mapping is incorrect. Specifically, the dataset is mapping to "`Dimattributions.`" with an unnecessary final dot. It should be corrected to "`Dimattributions`" without the dot. Could you please edit the column mapping by removing the final dot and then save the LDM? Additionally, I recommend keeping an eye on any errors that appear during the edition of the Model. These errors are important for the performance, execution, and visibility of the dashboard.

Okay, thank you for your insight, I tried this out and yes there was an issue in our LDM But that did not fix the visualizations unfortunately

Hi Maria, I have impersonated once more and I noticed now there are more errors. For example still I can see this extra dot '.' I mneitoned before. I would like to suggest get rid of all errors and warning you see on the right side when you are editing the LDM as good practice, and after that check if the insight are not appearing.

Hi Maria, my apologies, you were right the screenshot was showing my NON-SAVED changes I was testing. I can see there is no error now and the insight are showing as expected(?). Did you make some changes?. I noticed too, yesterday the default filter of
