Are there any server issues or outages going on with GD cloud? We have a lot of charts that are suddenly failing despite us not having made any changes.

Hi Rob, there was no outage on our side. Can you give us more info ? 1user, many users, all charts, or group of charts? if the issue is still persisting.. Let us know and we can look into this further.

I think someone may have changed something in our model and the name of the field was changed from "deleted_date" to "facility_deleted_date" and now the charts can't find that field. Two of the charts are not editable now. Is there a way to access those charts so I can fix the MAQL?

Hi Rob, that sounds like a good guess to me. Yes, you can use our API and update the label manually. You can find multiple calls for manipulation with visualization objects in our Apiary. Please let me know if there is anything unclear.

This morning more of our charts started to fail in the same way. Why would they work yesterday but start to fail today? No changes have been made

I am afraid I do not understand what do you mean now. I assumed that there were some changes within your model, since you've mentioned the "facility_deleted_date" field. Or are you not aware of any changes within your model or datasource? Is it possible that such change was executed by other Admin, please?

I am guessing about the changes to the model but as far as I am aware, nothing has changed since our last release almost 3 weeks ago. The first report of the broken charts was a few days ago but this morning even more charts are broken.
I am planning on rebuilding all the charts that are broken as well as ensuring the model is correct but I was hoping for some insight into why the charts would work for so long and then suddenly break. We clear the GD data cache every day so I don’t think that is the problem. If you don’t have any insight into this, I will do all my rebuilding and just get back to you if it still fails. My boss is looking for root causes but right now it is unclear how this could happen.
@Ivana Gasparekova Has GoodData recently released a new version of GD Cloud? Could there have been a change that caused our charts to suddenly stop working? I can't find anything wrong with our charts. The field it says it can't find is in fact there. I am having to rebuild almost our entire dashboard which seems to be the only way to fix the problems.
