Hello GoodData support 🙂 Can you tell me how long GoodData retains logs with customer IP addresses?

Hi Eoghan, thank you for ask, I'm happy to help. We do retain logs for one year to comply with regulatory requirements. However, retrieving the "older" logs from our infrastructure would be challenging and costly. Therefore, our indexed logs, which are available for live searching, are only retained for the last three months.
