So if I understand this correctly, you are using your own Identity provider not a third party one? In that case, it is rather hard for us to advice here as we are not familiar with your custom setup.
However, in general, the session management setting lies within your IdP rather than GoodData itself.
Given this setup, it’s plausible that session management and timeout settings within Xemplo Identity could be contributing to the frequent logouts you’re experiencing. To address this issue, it would be beneficial to consult with Xemplo’s support team or your internal IT department to review and possibly adjust the session timeout configurations within Xemplo Identity.
