Hello everyone, I’m having problem when trying to create new users on my account. I’m not sure if the issue is on my end but if there’s a known solution to allow me to share one of my dashboards publicly that will solve my current problem. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Hello Otilia, If I am not mistaken, your company is working mostly with our GoodData Cloud product and not with the GoodData Platform(this channel is dedicated to the older Platform product). Could you explain a bit what exactly is your issue with user provisioning, please? Are you hitting some limits, maybe? Do you use the UI or API calls to create new users? You can certainly export your Dashboard as described here or you can embed them into your application directly, if needed.

No worries about that. 🙂 If you'd like to keep its interactive features, then the embedding is the best option here. https://www.gooddata.com/docs/cloud/embed-visualizations/ There's an option to work with Authentication Using JSON Web Tokens. Otherwise you can export your dashboard into PDF files, or individual visualizations as XLSX or CSV files.

Passwords are usually set by users either after they receive their registration email or by "Forgot password" option on the Login screen. User provisioning is strictly tied to setting of your OIDC - more details can be found here. May I know what organization are you working with now, please? You can share its hostname/URL via DM.
