Hi Team, I’ve encountered an issue while updating the Auth0 configuration for authentication using the Organization Update API. When logging into GoodData with our Auth0, it created a new user with the same email and profile instead of associating with the existing user. To address this, I updated the Authorization ID to match the ID of the user in our personal Auth0 account (Directory ID). However, this didn’t resolve the issue. I then deleted the newly created user and set up access groups using custom triggers in Auth0. After making these changes, I lost access to the API entirely. Now, when trying to access the "Get Organization Info" API, I receive the following error: "The requested endpoint does not exist or you do not have permission to access it." Could someone please assist me in resolving this? Let me know if you need additional details. Thank you!

Hi Siraj, Sorry to hear about your troubles. Could you share with me the OrganizationID or hostname/URL that you use to access it with me, please? Please feel free to use DM for that. Where was this new use created? Under the organization or within your OIDC? Is it possible that you have enabled also the Just-In-Time (JIT) User Provisioning , please? May I know what authentication method do you use for your API calls? Do you work with API token?
