im planning using the GD cloud reporting is there a way to track workspace/report visist? better yet is there a way to embed a feedback tool to track and get feedback on the reports

Hi Ashley, thanks for sending this in. We have a tool called GoodSuccess - GoodData Usage Analytics that will help you with this. However, this feature is still under development for our GoodData Cloud product, but you can learn more about it from the following documentation: https://help.gooddata.com/doc/enterprise/en/workspace-and-user-administration/goodsuccess-gooddata-usage-analytics/ Please note, for our GoodData Cloud product, the GoodSuccess - GoodData Usage Analytics is very limited at this. But the lite version of usage analytics is available as an add-on feature for Professional Licenses of GD Cloud. From our records I can also see that you’re a “prospect” with us at this time, so our Sales team will be happy to discuss this further with you, if they have not yet reached out to you

Thanks for the clarification - I discussed this with your Account Owner: Ginij Sharma and he told me that you had a call a few days ago told me that they discussed on a call a couple of days ago and you discussed Usage Analytics. And that it is not part of your license but can be purchased as an add on. So please feel free to Ginij Sharma if this would be something you’d be interested in purchasing
