I accidentally deleted my own account from my company's domain. Someone from the domain added my user back, but when signing in I'm consistently confronted with a message stating
"We’re not quite sure what went wrong. Please try again later."
I tried sending a PW reset email to myself using the "Forgot Password" option but even after resetting the PW, I'm still unable to make it past that message. Is there a way to completely scrub a user from a domain so they can be re-invited?

Hi Ian, I can see that your user used to have access to multiple domains/organization. Could you share with me the ID or hostname of the one that you are trying to access now, please? I am not quite sure how your user was re-added, but if you haven't set up your own OIDC yet, it is possible that user wasn't correctly mapped with our ManagedOIDC and therefore you are unable to login.
You can use a DM for organization ID/hostname sharing.

Got it - sent you the hostname in a DM
Update: (For any future users who land in this thread and are curious what the resolution was) • The user was successfully added to the Domain • The account was lacking the correct OIDC authentication ID To Resolve: • Corrected the OIDC authentication ID for the account • Went to the login screen for the desired domain/host • Went through the 'Forgot Password' steps to reset the account PW • Went to the login screen again and signed in with the new PW • Success!!

Thank you again @Ivana Gasparekova - very much appreciated ---- In the future - how would someone acquire the 'correct' authentication ID if using GD's provided OIDC service?

Sure thing, always happy to help! Usually it is not needed, if user is created properly via Invite or Add user button, as it creates user under the organization and also in our ManagedOIDC. I am not quite sure what happened here, but as you kindly mentioned above, your user was recreated only under the organization without any Auth ID, even though it already existed under our GD OIDC. Our Support can always check your organization and OIDC settings and fix possible issues. Generally speaking, you can retrieve all users and their details via API call below: https://www.gooddata.com/docs/cloud/api-and-sdk/api/api_reference_all/#operation/getUsers

Got it - thank you again!!
