Hi Rafaella, How exactly have you set up this automation? Does this function only between orgs or throughout all different workspaces in a single org?
Essentially, we can help search our internal logs when something breaks, but it's a good idea to understand what is being called to our side so we know what to look for exactly. There isn't an auditing tool on our end, but if you are using your own automation for these actions, it might be a good idea to record the logs from that perspective.
