Hello Max, Thank you for contacting us.
There are several potential reasons why and attribute may not appear when
creating visualisations:
ā¢
Data source issues, if the data source for the attribute is not correctly defined and connected, or if there is an access problem, could result in the attribute in the visualisation would not show.
⢠Incorrect
Logical Data Model, the most probable. All the elements of the LDM, like attributes, labels, facts, date,
Primary Keys and its respectively 'mapping' needs to be properly defined.
⢠Relationship between tables, Attributes needs to be part of a defined relationship within the data model. If necessary connections between the tables are not established, the attribute may not be available for visualisation.
I would recommend reviewing the data model, maybe once more, and relationships, ensuring that the data source is correctly integrated and verify that there are not mapping or some data type conflicts. And, I would need also more details like the setup of the data model, including attributes and also how your visualisation is created and if there are some involved metrics. Feel free to provide more details by DM.
