Hello good people 🙂 I have a question or two regarding user management (We have only contracted for 10 people for now and use only your solution for the usermanagement and invitations --> this will be changed next year) 1. Attached, you can find a screen, where "*untitled_user*" is, what is that ?? 2. The next one is, it seems that I sent an invitation to a user, it expired and now, I am unablwe to send the invitation and it returns error that we exceeded the available licences and then it appears on the list of people 3. All of the emails are delivered to spam, is that known issue ? 😄 Don't care about this one, just making sure, we don't do anything wrong

Hi Jakub, 1. It is our GD built-in Admin user that we use for investigation and troubleshooting. It does't count in your user limit. 2. Does this user appear in the list of your Users & groups, please? If you share with the organization ID or hostname and the user in question, please? Feel free to use the DM for that. 3. Unfortunately, this can really happen. However, these emails are not being sent our from GoodData directly. They are generated by our Managed OIDC Auth0, which is a third party service.
