We had a complaint from the user below stating that they don't receive the scheduled reporting email. Their IT team has done an extensive checking to make sure nothing is blocking it on their end. Could you please check to see why this might be happening?
Could I get a support with this? I got more details but can't post PI in a public forum

Hi CJ, any chance the KPI dsahboards are set to private and have not been shared with the user in question? Please note that if the dashboard is private, users have to be both part of the workspace and have the dashboard shared with them to recieve a scheduled email.

It is private - its shared with
All users
and the user in question is part of the workspace. I think they don't have any issue with any other users, just this guy
we did get this email regarding the user in question
