Hi everyone I have been having issues with loading data (internal server error) for the past 2 days it has never happened before, is there a solution to this? thanks

Hi Adel, Unfortunately, solely from this information provided, we are not able to pint point the problem. May I ask if you’ve recently made any changes in your data load setup or in your data source itself? I understood that this was working just fine until recently and also the re-run of the data-load didn’t help is that correct? Can you please invite our support user support+logicnesia@gooddata.com into the workspace where your ETL brick reside with admin rights?

Hi Adel, Thank you. May I ask if the data load is still failing? Upon accessing your environment, I see it green. However, I’m not 100% able to confirm yet as we don’t have admin rights and we cannot access the schedule:
Can you please check and confirm if the data load works now? If not, can you please grant our user admin rights?

Hi Julius After I tried to run the data load, the data was successful and there were no errors. Previously I did not make any changes at all If the same error occurs, I will contact you again immediately Thank you for your support
