Hi All 👋 Today we have faced an ADD load failure ⚠️ for one of our data product with the error stating that the process was unable to create the log file. I have logged a ticket id# 123010. Can you please help look into it with priority since it impacts our business critically.

Hi Ivana, thank you for the prompt response. Can you pls confirm me either over email or here once the issue is resolved, so that I can re-initiate the ADD load. Also, do you know if there's an ETA.

Sure thing. We don't have the ETA yet, but it shouldn't take long. Let me double-check it with our engineers again, please.

Good news, @Shankar Mahindar. Our engineers have already made progress on the resolution! Some ETLs are still failing, but we have an approximate ETA of 1 hour for a complete fix of the problem.
We are happy to announce that the issue has been resolved! The ETLs and Data Loads should all be working as intended now.
