Hey 🙂 I have potentially non-solvable request / question. Is it possible to pass filter from
headline
(the filter is within the headline) to another visualization by clicking on the headline ? Trying to find a way, how to achieve it, by all means!
Example: 1. I have headline with primary metric: Number of Active Products. 2. The headline has drill into vizualization set up 3. By clicking on headline and popping up the viz, I would like to see in the viz only numbers associated with "Active" products
I will have page full of headlines and wanted to have one "template" that would all drill into and pass the filter per different headline. I know, that I can create a detailed report for every headline and use that. (This looked like a not optimal option from my POV)

Hi Jakub, Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I have to confirm that it is indeed not possible. While setting drill interactions on a visualization (viz), you can only drill into specific viz, Dashboard, or URL and there is no way how to dynamically change the result or create/filter vizualisation based on the drilling input.
As you’ve mentioned, you would need to pre-made such vizualisations and set the drilling into them specifically.

Hi @Julius Kos - quick clarification, is this a recent change? I believe we were previously able to configure the "Pass as filter" option when configuring a drill-through on a Headline visualization, but looks like this is no longer supported Also, can you confirm if this restriction is specific to the Headline visualization only? Thanks!

Hey @Julius Kos thanks for the reply. I thought so, but wanted to make sure before I create the detailed reports one by one 🙂 @Anant Dalela, I don't think there was any change done to the GD and pass as filter functionality. I am able to create a drill down into viz. or dashboard and pass all fiulters from the given dashboard. The thing my point was referring to was regarding the "inside" filter in particular viz. from "analyze" creator.
