Hi team, I'm encountering an issue with exporting a dashboard that I've been successfully exporting until about a month ago. The problem arises from a script that I'm running, which uses the API to export the dashboard. The script repeatedly gets a
202 Accepted
response, indicating that the export is in progress, but it never receives the actual PDF. I also tried using the Python SDK function to perform the export, but it returns the following error message:
ValueError: Server was not able to return response. The last response status is '202'
. Additionally, when I try to export the same dashboard through the UI, I see a message that the export is in progress, but I never receive the PDF file. I haven't made any changes to the configuration or the code that handles the export process. Has there been any recent change or update on the server side that might be causing this issue? Could it be related to server load, or is there something else I should check? Thank you!

Hi @Evangelos Malandrakis, I just wanted to let you know that our engineering team has successfully increased the memory limit for the visual exporter and the issue should be finally resolved now. Please feel free to test it.
