Hey team, we're having an issue with Swedish characters (`ä, ö, å`) not appearing correctly in the emails sent from the "Alerts" feature. Strangely, we're using these characters without any problems in our dashboards, visualizations, and metrics. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!

Let me add details about our internal conversation here for future reference purposes. We reported the issue to our developers and we deployed a fix where we added explicitly the utf-8 enconding to the generated HTML. We can confirm that the issue was now effectively fixed.
