Hello! Could someone help me get access to my team's workspace? I receive this error after submitting my login info. Sometimes I get the error immediately and don't even make it to the login screen. We've tried clearing cache, incognito mode, different wifi, different browser, but continue to get this error.

Hi Carli, May I know if this happens only to your user and other team members can access GoodData without any issue? Can you please confirm if you are using the same email for logging in as you are using here on slack community?

Could you please grant me a permission to impersonate your user so I’m able to try to access your GoodData environment with it? Hi Carli, I’ve made some additional adjustment.. the issue was probably caused because you’ve used create user button instead of invite user button and didn’t specify the proper ID from our managed OIDC. I would recommend you to use “invite user” button instead. Please try again to log in to the platform.

Yes! I'm in. Thank you so much @Julius Kos. I do remember trying to create an account, but that was only after my colleague tried to invite me several times and the emails weren't coming through. I'm not sure what the original issue was, but I'm so grateful for your help in getting this sorted. Have a great weekend!
