Hello! We're hoping to use the new filter-a-dashboard-filter-by-a-different-dashboard-filter functionality. We have a SQL dataset that has two columns, "Item" and "Group." We would like to have both filters on a dashboard, and have "Item" be dependent on "Group." However, we're seeing the "There is no connection between the filter attributes in the data model" message, even though both attributes are defined in the same SQL dataset (which seems to be the same set-up as is in the docs). We're running CN 3.4.2. Is there anything obvious that we're missing, like known issues in that version or issues with SQL datasets, or would you expect that should work? If it should be working we'll keep troubleshooting on our end, but we just wanted to check to make sure it wasn't something obvious before we dig into it further, since it's new functionality. Thanks!

Hello Maia, I am not aware of any issues with dependent filters in this CN version, however, generally speaking it is always a good idea to upgrade to the latest version as we continually introduce bugfixes. I am not sure the SQL dataset plays any factor in the filter setup here, but could you try creating the filter via a regular dataset? This way we will be able to rule out any issues with the CN version itself.

Thank you, Moises! We will give it a shot and see if that helps. Thanks!
