If the user is not part of the organization still he will be able to access the report?

I believe this question relates to the previous thread about making a dashboard public, I would recommend replying to the thread to keep the communication organized. The user will be able to consume the dashboard as long as the authentication is set upon a shared user, the user themselves may or may not have an account in GoodData Cloud.
