Is it possible to set up colors of this graph? to not start with white?
j
Hi Marketa, unfortunately, this is not possible and the palette is set to start from white and go darker. I’d be happy to mark this as product feedback on your behalf. Could you possibly share with us how critical this is for your custom solution?

Hi Markéta, while this is not possible at the moment, could you still share with us a few more details about the desired outcome? Why is the white color not suitable in your situation?
m
Yes sure. Like for us is this graph currently not usable because it is not easily understood (non of our team members got it). White is usually representation that there is nothing, but it means in the graph that there is something but just really small amounth. and grey looks like there is something but true is there is nothing. More understandable would be - instead gray have white, instead white have a lowest intensity of purple. Then the graph would be easily understandable on a first sight 🙂
It is medium on a critical scale :)

Thanks for the explanation 🎉

🎉 New note created.

Hi @Markéta Jedličková, we have updated the behaviour of the heatmap, so now it behaves the same way as geochart or treemap: • Empty values are transparent and take the background color of the interface (white) • Even the smallest values have a shade of the base color This change should be released the next Thursday to GoodData Cloud.
