Usually it is pretty fast, nearly instant. Can you share we me the ID of your organization or the the hostname that you use to access your GD Cloud?
You can use DM if that’s more comfortable for you.

Does the issue still persist, please? Could you navigate recipients to check also their SPAM folder?
