Hi Natalia, This error generally indicates that you need to clear the cache on datasource. Could you please try this and let us know how you get on?

I tried that and it made it worse. Same error but on a lot more dashboards

Hi Filip, It’s possible that it may take a bit longer on the first load to generate the new caches. Could you confirm that if you try to reload the browser/dashboards they still show the same slowness; particularly after they have rendered the first time after clearing the cache?

I've seen when it takes time for it to load data - usually about 4 mins, but this problem was noticed at 6:50 UTC+3 time, while we reload data every hour on the hour - so it was broken for 50 minutes. Problem is not slowness - certain objects load while other refuse to load. After cache clear, objects that do eventually load, load in about 10 seconds, while the broken ones break immediately - they dont even try to load.

Thanks for the verification. Would you be able to send a traceID when trying to load a broken object, or maybe the url of the endpoint that is being called?
