Would you know how I could check the last connection date of an user? Knowing that the user was created via user provisioning so, his profile is updated once day.

From your side, it isn’t possible to pull up the user logs that you are asking for. However, we can check the logs for you from our side. Would that be acceptable?
Please send me the user details via DM here on Slack — the User email, the dates the possible login happened and the workspace in question — and we can check.
Now, from a more general point of view, we do have the Platform Events Auditing, which are only available per request and may be subject to an additional charge.
