Is there a tags system that can be utilized for insights? I see in the metadata on the Labs UI that there’s a spot for it but I don’t know if there are any ways to actually set them. We have a lot of insights and some way to group or categorize them would be very helpful

Hi Evan, Yes you can set tags for insights also to categorize them according to your needs. You can set them by modifying the metadata of the insight object. In order to modify tags you can use API https://help.gooddata.com/doc/enterprise/en/expand-your-gooddata-platform/api-reference#operation/updateMetadataObject

Is it possible to set these tags in the Analyze view or does it have to be through the API

For other objects like attributes, facts, datasets you can add tag in the manage objects section, but for insights you need to use API
