10/13/2021, 5:19 PMHello @Kristine Castañeda, I believe you can lock the dashboard so that it cannot be edited by non-Admin users. And you can also hide the dashboard from non-Admin users. But that only works per permission group (Admin, Editor, Viewer, …). There's no such functionality per individual user.

10/13/2021, 5:24 PMThanks, Jiri! I already have setup a data permission based on which company they belong. However, I have a setup where I use filter variables. So technically, for new users - I can only setup variable filters for them once they have logged in to GoodData. Not sure if that make sense?
