has anyone used GD support (via phone, or zoom?) i'm new to good data and am being tasked with building some metrics, i've read through the documentation (will read through again) but i do learn better with a live person helping.

appreciate it. i've done the university courses.. but that was a month ago.. maybe i just need to go back. i'm pretty sure we have a darn good plan.

Just to add on top of what Michael mentioned, your company might also have an agreement about prefessional services provided by GoodData, where a dedicated person or team who is familiar with your implementation can provide you with ongoing support, consultations or help with various tasks with your GoodData implementation. In that case you (or someone from your company) should have contact to them available.
