This depends of your GoodData product. It is certainly possible with GD Platform via our modeler, as described here.
However, GD Cloud operates bit differently. The list of supported data sources can be also found in our documentation.

Unfortunately, this option is not available within these products yet.
From your screenshot, it looks like you are already working with your Snowflake datasets. Are you experiencing any troubles with retrieving your data from this data source, please?
