Hi Mohammad, yes you can create users and provide them access to only specific workspaces. Please see the following documentation that I hope will help here: https://www.gooddata.com/developers/cloud-native/doc/2.1/manage-deployment/concepts/multitenancy/ https://www.gooddata.com/developers/cloud-native/doc/2.1/manage-deployment/manage-users/

Yes I checked the documentation but it's not mentioned how to do it, also as I saw in the multitenancy documentation
Copy code
The entities tied only to the Organization (such as users or user groups) are related to the whole Organization and therefore are available for all the tenants.
So any idea how to do it ?

Hi @Mohammad Zahr, users and user groups are really tied to organizations and are, possibly, available to all tenants. To limit users or groups to individual tenants/workspaces, you should configure their permissions. To understand permissions, go through the following article: https://www.gooddata.com/developers/cloud-native/doc/2.1/manage-deployment/manage-permissions/

yes I checked this article (Workspace Permissions) but there is no permission that prevent user from accessing other workspaces or even displaying it. The permissions listed in the documentation limit a user or user group actions inside a workspace. But what I need is user per workspace or a permission to hide or not show this workspace for this user.
Found the solution, thank u all
