User role

Why do user roles display differently depending on the environment?For instance, the Embedded Dashboard Only role is visible in PROD but is absent from STG. Does that mean the viewer (dashboard only) role?

Malfunctioning data export (xls) from 100 % stacked graphs

Hello,I am trying to export data from dashboards. The exported data does not correspond to what I see in a graph. It seems that numbers are completely different. It probably exports underlying data and not 100 % stacked data. I am attaching pictures as evidence. Thanks a lot

SQL Downloader Brick is failing

Hi,Priority: HighWe noticed SQL Downloader is failing and throwing an error like CommunicationsException: Communications link failure The last packet successfully received from the server was 57 milliseconds ago. The last packet sent successfully to the server was 53 milliseconds ago.Please guide me how to resolve this issue.Thanks,Kavi

Filtering task assignment by date

I am trying to build a simple report for the count of tasks assigned to each user for this week. Typically when I’m building reports like this, I’ll use the Date (Shared) attribute to filter to this week and ignore things like start & due dates. However, when I go to my filter list, the Date (Shared) filters are not listed as options. This seems to only be happening when tasks are included in the report. Has anyone ran into something similar and might know why this is or how to fix it?

Geo Regions (e.g., Czech Districts) map in GoodData Cloud

Hello, my company uses GoodData Cloud solution, we have explored the Geo Chart (pushpins) visualization, which works nicely. Our use case is also to visualize data based on Czech Districts (or regions).We have found this documentation (which is not for Cloud version, but for “Classic”)https://help.gooddata.com/classic/en/dashboards-and-insights/reports/working-with-charts/setting-up-data-for-geo-charts/#SettingupDataforGeoCharts-ConfigureDataforGeoRegionsdiscussing different visualization maps / options (ala “Czech Districts”, “U.S. states”) - based for instance on region IDs in your data (as opposed to precise GPS location).I’d like to ask / discuss whether this kind of region maps are also somehow available in GoodData Cloud? Or if it is currently only the “pushpins” visualization based on GPS.Thank you very much.

SUM producing error in metric, but not table

Hiya, I’m a novice and have been working through getting some metrics created for my company. I’m attempting to sum Metric A. I can do this in a table without any issue, but as soon as I create Metric B that is SUM(Metric A), it produces an error. I’ve tried incorporating ifnull and swapping attributes I’m locking it on, but that has seemingly had no impact whatsoever. If you could sum a metric in a table, but couldn’t directly in the metric, how would you approach troubleshooting? Appreciate any steering or help that can be provided!

Labels in barchart not matching the bar(values) - dashboard view

Hello community,In the dashboard, I'm using a bar chart, and since there are many rows, I extended the graph to its maximum length. However, now I see that there are more bars in the graph than labels for the rows. Some row labels are hidden, so it gives me misleading information.Is there any way to extend the widget on dashboard more so that each bar matches each row? Being able to scroll down in the graph would also be useful. Thank you

How to dynamic market share in a table v dashboard based on filtered values?

Dear community,I would like to ask whether it is possible to show % share in dashboards in a table view. I understand that I can create a metric that will show a market share for predefined group. But in my case there is no predefined group. Instead market share should be calculated based on SUM of all rows in the table. Thank you
