Average age from date of birth

I am trying to find the average age of customers from date of birth but struggling. Any pointers would be appriecated. I have looked at the following two webpages but still just keep getting errors. Creating insight error message

Whenever I try to add a new insight onto a dashboard I keep getting this error message: electric-wasp.trial.cloud.gooddata.com refused to connect. Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this? I have tried multiple devices and browsers

Create a difference column comparing two dates

I have two columns, revenue this week and revenue last week, and I am looking to add a third column which shows the difference between the two. I believe this might be able to be done with a new metric. Does anyone have an idea how to execute this? Cheers

Converting from string to geo

I have some data that is recognised as geography on bigquery, however when I import into gooddata it is recognised as a string. How can I change it to be geography so that I can use the geo attribute functions within insights? I also have the individual lat and long coordinates imported if it is easier to use them? The combined coordinates are in bigquery in the format “POINT(X.XX X.XX)”.

Connecting Google BigQuery Dataset to GoodData

I have created a dataset in BigQuery and am trying to work out how to connect this to a model in GoodData. I have authorised the correct permissions on service keys and connected them ok, however I keep getting the error “Refresh data source failed. Server-side problem. Contact Support” whenever I try to add the data source. Any help is appreciated.
