Login and Logout APIs behaviour

Hello community!I’ve a question related to login/logout GoodData APIs that we are using, about a strange behaviour which is not blocking but for which we are curious to understand as it could hide a security defect. So, we implemented and tested the login + logout queries, as explained in the Good Data documentation here.https://help.gooddata.com/doc/enterprise/en/expand-your-gooddata-platform/api-reference#tag/login/paths/~1gdc~1account~1login/posthttps://help.gooddata.com/doc/enterprise/en/expand-your-gooddata-platform/api-reference#tag/logout/paths/~1gdc~1account~1login~1{userId}/delete The login query is working fine, however the logout query always fail, saying that the user is not logged in. Does somebody knows why we have this behaviour? There are only few differences between the logout and the login queries : in the logout, we have to precise the id of the user to logout at the end of the URL (coming from the feedback of the login query), a valid TT (Temporary Token), and use a

Main menu page : some bugs found (whitelabelling used)

Hello!We have recently implemented workspaces in GoodData, using WhiteLabelling possibilities to change ergonomy of some features in the tool. In the main menu page - the one displaying the list of the workspaces accessibles - we have found 2 behaviours that are looking strange, as they were bugs : do you know more about them? Can they be changed?On the top-left of the screen, we have a word displaying which is the subdomain name of the new URL we are using to access our GoodData domain (« data » in our case). Is this a normal behaviour, or is there a way to change that? This word, alone, doesn’t means much to our users… We changed the logos of GoodData with ours using the WhiteLabelling options, but when coming back to this main menu page, the GoodData icon still shows up for a few seconds in the browser tab before being replaced by ours. Which is strange because no other page of GoodData is having such a behaviour. Is this a bug?Thanks for your help!

How to know where is stored a loading process?

Hi! As a big user of Good Data APIs, we implemented methods to properly create and delete source connections to our Amazon S3 containers.Still, I’m blocked by a conflict that I’m not sure how to solve : I cannot delete a datasource which should not be used anymore in our domain because a “loading process” is built in top of it (a technical layer, before the schedules definitions if I understood correctly). I found in the API that project by project, I can list all the loading process that has been declared in each : I cannot find back in any of my projects this blocking process (despite I’m administrator of the domain). Is there a way to get directly to a loading process knowing its ID, or listing all the loading process existing in a domain? And may my issue come from the fact that some projects or some loading processes may exist in a domain and the administrator is not allowed to see them?So frustrating because I do have the id of the loading process that is blocking me :5d10ffc9-ae

New user create account + invitation mail : with whitelabelling, is there a way to update the behaviour?

Hello!We have recently implemented workspaces in GoodData, using WhiteLabelling possibilities to change ergonomy of some features in the tool. Still, we are facing some blocking points, does somebody knows if they are limitations from GoodData PAAS, or just features that we do not know yet how to use?Is it possible to deactivate the « Create your account » link in the login page ? We don’t want that any user be able to create his own account, as it would be useless : by default, a new user cannot access any workspace, so an action by a domain admin is anyway necessary On the other hand, when a user is invited to join a workspace via the automatic mail, is there a way to change the content of this mail ?Thanks for your help!

API login syntax - Error returned, what am I missing?

Hello all!I’m in a company that have worked in GoodData platform for a few months now, and to prepare our switching to the Growth plan (we are in free plan from now), I was trying to make the API calls work with a local software : Postman.Yet, despite the detailed documentation about APIs I found here : https://help.gooddata.com/doc/enterprise/en/expand-your-gooddata-platform/api-reference#section/Use-Cases, I was not able to even log in with Postman. I suppose something is missing, I receive an answer 400 - Bad request, but I’m not understanding what. Does somebody has an idea?
